    ჩანჩქერი იგუასუ - სამხრეთ ამერიკა

     

     

    ჩანჩქერი იგუასის დასახელება ადგილობრივ დიალექტზე ითარგმნება, როგორც “დიდი წყალი”. ერთი შეხედვით ჩანჩქერი, რომელიც მდებარეობს ბრაზილიის შტატისა და არგენტინის პროვინციის საზღვარზე.

     

    ჩანჩქერის კუთხე დაახლოებით 3 კმ სიგრძისაა და დაყოფილია რამოდენიმე კუნძულად ეს კუნძულები ქმნის უამრავ ცალკე ჩანჩქერებს და ყველა მათგანი ვარდება 60 მეტრის სიმაღლიდან.

     

    ჩანჩქერი იგუასი ერთ–ერთი ყველაზე მონახულებადი ადგილია ტურისტებისთვის სამხრეთ ამერიკაში. ყოველწლიურად აქ მოდის 1,5-2 მილიონი ტურისტი.სპეციალურად ტურისტებისთვის გაკეთებულია დასათვალიერებელი პლატფორმები. ტურისტების მოსაზიდად დაკიდებულია ხიდი, რომელიც აკავშირებს ბრაზილიისა და არგეტინის საზყვრებს.

     

    ჩანჩქერის ორივე მხარეს განთავსებულია ეროვნული პარკები. არგენტინის მხარეს არის ეროვნული პარკი “იგუასუ”, რომელიც შევიდა იუნესკოს მსოფლიო კულტურულ მემკვიდრეობაში 1984 წელს, ხოლო ბრაზილიის მხარეს არსებულ პარკსაც ასევე ეწოდება “იდუასუ”, რომელიც დაარსდა 1987 წელს.
